… we improve single-leg stability by stepping onto a step & ‘get a little bit lower now’ when making a square shape in the Play.

… we bend with rotation, lunge on a flat step while carrying the ViPR mostly overhead & react to musical dropouts in the Plays.

… we use an incline step to practice getting up from lying down & to bulletproof the back by helping the hips squat in new ways.
