This event is for MOSSA Licensees, Owners, Managers, Group Fitness Directors, Instructors, Participants, and MOSSA On Demand subscribers.

WHEN WILL THE NEXT FILM FEST BE SCHEDULED?
Our next Film Fest will be in July 2023. As soon as the programs and days and times are finalized and registration is open, we will update the schedule here and make an announcement on social media.
WHO CAN ATTEND FILM FEST?
Any MOSSA fans are welcome, including instructors, participants, MOSSA On Demand subscribers, and fitness facility management and staff. To create and ensure a professional learning environment for our partners and all participants, we require that attendees be 16 years of age or older. Registration is required prior to arrival.
HOW MANY WORKOUTS CAN I ATTEND?
During initial registration, each attendee may be limited to two events per day to allow more attendees to experience Film Fest. Approximately two weeks prior to Film Fest the two-event limit will be lifted if numbers allow.
HOW LONG DO REHEASALS AND FILMINGS TAKE?
Rehearsals and filmings include the main release tracks and the bonus tracks. Generally, 30-minute programs take 60 minutes, and 60-minute programs take 75 minutes.
IF I DON'T ATTEND A REHEARSAL, CAN I ATTEND A FILMING ... AND VICE VERSA?
Yes, absolutely, participants will commonly attend one and not the other.
WILL I BE ASSIGNED A SPOT, OR DO I CHOOSE?
We’ll assign your spot, yes, and we’ll welcome you in the room when we’re ready for participants.
WHAT GOES ON IN BETWEEN FILMINGS?
Depending on the day, we’re often preparing and setting up for the next filming, presenters are practicing and reviewing film…and MOSSA’s HQ employees are going about their “normal” days!
DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO ATTEND FILM FEST?
No, there is no cost to attend Film Fest.

WILL I BE ON CAMERA?
As a participant, you may be visible on camera for a good portion of the workout. We also invite participants on to the stage after the workout for a group photo.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We would prefer that you wear branded program apparel for the program you are attending. If you do not have branded apparel for a program, choose a solid color top in the program color or black. For example, for Group Power, either wear a POWER top, or a red or black top. Bottoms should be appropriate to the program (e.g., no baggy pants for Ride). Make hair and makeup choices knowing you may appear in the video – especially front row, woot! woot!
CAN I BUY MOSSA APPAREL AT FILM FEST?
Yes! The MOSSA Store is open during Film Fest, featuring branded apparel and accessories. Film Fest attendees can also purchase exclusive t-shirts, tanks, and hoodies with Print on Demand!
IS THERE A PLACE TO CHANGE, SHOWER, AND STORE MY THINGS?
Yes, we have a locker room at MOSSA HQ. If you want to lock up your belongings, please bring your own lock.
WHAT DOWNTIME ACTIVITIES DO YOU RECOMMEND IN THE ATLANTA AREA?
Stay close and join us for MOSSA HQ pickleball (we have paddles), or check out Atlanta’s other sports; depending on the season, you can catch the Braves (baseball), Atlanta United (soccer), Falcons (football), and the Hawks (basketball). Truist Park, home to the Braves, is next to The Battery, a shopping and dining district that fits everyone. Marietta Square (park, restaurants, shops) is fun, especially in October when they host Chalktoberfest, and Ponce City Market is a historic area converted for shopping and food. Atlanta is also home to the Georgia Aquarium, iFLY Indoor Skydiving, a variety of Civil Rights sites and tours, and World of Coca-Cola.
