MOSSA (“us”, “we”, or “our”) controls this website (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

INFORMATION MOSSA RECEIVES FROM OTHER SOURCES
MOSSA will receive information about you, if you use any of the other websites or apps operated by MOSSA.

This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Per the purposes for which we use personal data as listed above, we will engage a third party. If a third party needs access to personal data to carry out its task, we will share the data with them, and ensure that the third party will only use the data based on our instructions. Such a party is a processor on our behalf and we remain responsible for your data. We engage those following processors, based on those that provide a service to us and the analytics and search providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our Site.
If we provide you with message boards, community forums, or chat platforms, remember that any information you disclose in those public areas will become public information. We assume no responsibility for any content you provide publically and you should be careful as to whether to disclose your personal information on the Site or through public or private forums. If you delete your account associated to one of these forums, please note that the posts, comments, and messages you submitted prior to deleting your account will still be visible to others, unless you delete them all, prior to you deleting your account. We may also retain certain information about you as required by law or for legitimate business purposes after your delete your account.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and the site and any associated apps are not targeted to children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to create an account or therwise use the services. We ask parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online behavior. If MOSSA learns that a child under the age of 13 has provided personally identifiable information to a Site or App, it will use reasonable efforts to remove such information from its files. Additionally, if you are in the EEA, you must be over the age required by the laws of your country to create an account or otherwise use of the services.
