Start your morning with a workout that will make you mind and body strong! Group Centergy, also known as Balance & Flex Together, is an invigorating wake-up and workout that incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility. In 60 music-motivating minutes, you’ll flow through full-body movements, to begin your day calm…yet energized.
Group Centergy is being offered on Friday and Saturday mornings at 6:00 AM at the Marriott. Registration is required and is available through the YMCA General Assembly conference registration portal.
Take your morning workout in every dimension and direction with us in 3D30, also known as Conditioning Together, and discover the ground-breaking science and real-life benefits of Loaded Movement Training. This 30-minute HIIT-style workout, set to a dynamic soundtrack, integrates strength, cardio, and mobility training to help you build an unbreakable body, perform like an athlete, and feel unstoppable all day.
3D30 is being offered on Friday and Saturday mornings at 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM at the Westin. Registration is required and is available through the YMCA General Assembly conference registration portal.
MOSSA & YMCA
We partner with Ys to help them deliver inclusive, innovative, inviting, and inspiring group fitness experiences to their members and guests. We provide instructor recruitment and training, sales and marketing support, plus Y-branded programs and promotional materials.
