Summary:
Group fitness is more than a workout. If you’ve witnessed it, or felt it for yourself, you know. It’s a feeling. It’s a before, during, and after feeling of social connection, work, community, results, accomplishment…the kind that people want to repeat over and over again. But they have to feel it to believe it.
So how do you get people to try it, and ultimately buy it? A “try” is essential to converting prospects, just as a customer wants to sample the ice cream before committing to a whole scoop. And we know that once (or twice) someone tries it, they’ll be believers, hooked on the feeling.
If you can give prospects, new members, and even machine members that feel for what to expect, and teach them in a way they can process, they’ll try a group fitness workout, and you’ll sell and retain memberships.
