Are Your Instructors Ready?
Raise the bar ahead of 2025.
Your instructor team works hard every quarter to learn new programming and prepare to deliver new workouts, and the new year is the perfect time to review more than just music and moves!
Here are a few ways to take your instructors from good to great and to make lasting impressions on your members and guests:
Host team practices prior toeach quarterly launch. Assign tracks ahead of timeand pay instructors. Practices make amazing team meetings too!
Offer team teaching forevery launch, every quarter. Up the energy, attract more people, and aid instructor learning!
Assess your instructors! Use the ANNUAL ASSESSMENT for evaluations. This form is available for each MOSSA program and it covers MOSSA’s Six Teaching Essentials — all necessary to pack the room, deliver a great experience, help people feel as successful as possible as soon as possible, and get more people moving!
Encourage personal video review (PVR) and self-assessment, something we’re spotlighting in November. No stress, no sharing, just instructors filming themselves and reviewing to improve!

Is Your Website Ready?
Make a better first impression.
What is your facility’s first impression? The parking lot? The entrance and the team at the front desk? Probably not. The first impression people have of your facility is likely your website.
It is the menu of services. And it needs to be more than your group fitness schedule.
Here’s a simple upgrade: add individual program pages for each of your MOSSA programs, like aGroupPower page.
With that, instead of drivingtraffic to a boring group fitness schedule, you drive people to learn more about the experience that will connect them to your facility. Additionally, program pages are an ideal solution foremail marketing calls to action, links on social media posts, clicks to landing pages for social ads, and part of your bigger SEO strategy.
Check out our example below and look to us for resources on Management eSource for building program pages, like images, official descriptions, video trailers, and more.
