At a time when service companies are looking for ways to be more efficient – exchanging comfy chairs for mobile order lines, swapping play places for two-story drive-thrus – we in the health and fitness business have the opportunity to also be in the hospitality business. Don’t get us wrong; we love efficiencies. But we can also be (indeed, we have to be) a place for engagement, one that breeds connections for members, guests, and staff.
