JOIN THE MOVEMENT
BECOME AN INSTRUCTOR
Join Our Movement of Movement.
Interested in becoming a group fitness instructor? Or learning about the process? We want you to join our movement, so we can collectively inspire more people to get moving and keep moving!
The Problem
Most people don’t like exercise and struggle to get motivated to workout. The world needs more people who make exercise and fitness appealing, inclusive, and (dare we say) even fun. We know group fitness classes can provide the connection and community that people need, but we need more people to join our movement who can deliver the motivation and inspiration.
The Solution
We’re seeking magnetic, compassionate, energetic, empathetic fitness instructors who will bring our workout programs to life and in the process, change people’s lives. We’ll provide you with all the materials you need – music, programming, training, and ongoing education – so you can discover the joy of becoming a group fitness instructor and delivering life-changing experiences.
“
I CONSIDER IT TO BE ONE OF THE GREAT PRIVILEGES OF MY LIFE. PEOPLE ARE ENTRUSTING ME TO HELP THEM LIVE HEALTHIER LIVES.
Cathy Spencer Browning

YOU PROVIDE THE ENERGY.
WE PROVIDE THE EXPERTISE.
MOSSA takes an inclusive approach to fitness programming, so you can help more people move to a healthier beat. We call it M4 programming, and with the right mix of Movement, Music, Motivation, and Metrics, together, we can get more people moving.
Movement
Help people get muscle and movement strong, strong for sport and life, with workouts that strike the perfect balance of training and variability.
Music
Chart-topping music from every decade, custom engineered to drive every workout, will keep more people moving!
Motivation
It’s important to motivate rather than intimidate, encourage rather than discourage, and to make participants feel connected.
Metrics
Hundreds of fitness instructors and thousands of participants test our workouts to ensure that every workout delivers!

MUCH MORE THAN EXERCISE
“I love teaching because of the joy that comes with connecting a participant with the right program and watching them fall in love with exercise rather than viewing it as a dreaded chore! It’s about so much more than exercise!”
– Megan Judge, Program Developer, Trainer & Presenter
AN OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE LIVES
“I teach because it gives me the opportunity to change lives. I get to help people smile when their days are hard, sweat out stress, discover strength they didn’t know they possessed, be in community, and hopefully find a deeper appreciation for their health, fitness, and well-being.”
– AJ Haynes, Trainer & Presenter
MY HEART IS FULL
“I teach for the men and women who leave physically exhausted and emotionally full. While I reap the incredible physical benefits of teaching, the social and emotional benefits reach far beyond anything I ever could have imagined. My heart is full because I teach.”
– Rachel Sotero, Trainer & Presenter
MY FAVORITE THING TO DO
“Out of all the jobs I’ve had in my life from an elementary school teacher to a real estate broker, teaching group exercise is still my most favorite thing to do. I love the energy, people and the ultimate feeling of a group all working together and supporting each other.”
– Kelly Force, Program Developer, Trainer & Presenter
