ATHLETE30 is a 30-minute, hard-hitting interval training session that will create well-rounded athletes and competitors, ready for gameday and every day. Power is trained through deceleration, acceleration, agility, speed, quickness, and plyometric drills. Strength is improved by focusing on endurance, agile strength, odd-position strength, and dead strength. Your athletic equipment to improve your performance will be a ViPR PRO®, a dumbbell, a step, and agility cones.

WHAT IS ATHLETE30?
ATHLETE30® is an athlete-inspired, high-intensity, 30-minute interval training session driven by high-powered music and motivating coaching. Expertly designed stations, a team training environment, and the self-paced feel are designed to help both elite and aspiring athletes become stronger, faster, and more agile in life and sport.
WHAT WILL I DO IN ATHLETE30?
You’ll train interval style for 30 minutes using stations made up of a variety of equipment: the ViPR Pro®, a step, a dumbbell, agility cones, and even body weight. Expect sports-inspired drills to deliver an athletic edge through body weight, loaded movement, and three-dimensional training, all in a single ATHLETE30 session.
IS ATHLETE30 FOR ME?
ATHLETE30 is geared toward a more conditioned mover but is great for someone new to the group setting.
Specifically, ATHLETE30 will be a hit with:
- Aspiring athletes who want to gain speed, agility, and coordination.
- Experienced athletes of any sport who want to train in new ways.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO ATHLETE30?
Because the workout includes strength training, and that requires recovery, we recommend ATHLETE30 about two to three times per week, with rest days in between.
WHAT ARE SOME HELPFUL HINTS FOR ATHLETE30?
- You’re only new once, so be patient with yourself!
- Wear comfortable workout attire and athletic shoes.
- Have a water bottle and a towel.
- In person, arrive a few minutes before the session and introduce yourself to the instructor, then speak with the instructor at the end to check in about your experience.
HOW WILL I FEEL BEFORE AND AFTER ATHLETE30?
You may feel apprehensive or nervous. Or you may just be excited! Allow yourself to be a rookie, but have fun knowing it’s just 30 minutes, the music will drive you, and as long as you’re moving, you’re succeeding. With each session, you will become more comfortable and confident.
After the session, you’ll feel accomplished and amazed that the 30 minutes is over. And the next day, you’ll feel some soreness, but that’s great – your hard work is working!
