STEP 1

The MOSSA On Demand fitness calendar is all about keeping you motivated and moving. Life can be busy and choosing your workout each day should be an easy decision! Our team has developed five different workout calendars based on five different workout personas. Step 1, select the persona that best describes you!

STEP 2

Based on the persona you select, we’ll provide a monthly workout plan for you to follow. You choose if you want to work out 3, or 4, or 5 times per week, and you decide what training program fits best into your schedule – 10-minute, 30-minute, or 60-minute. The workout calendar provides a framework to guide you and the freedom to be flexible!

Download the workout calendar below, push play, and move! Then visit this page or subscribe to our emails to download a new calendar each month. If you want to change your workout plan at any time, simply pick a different persona and download a new calendar.

If sweating is your game, then Cardio is King is your name! You love breathing heavy, working hard, and you can’t live without your heart pounding workouts!

MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE

You love to move to be more active in life and for the sake of better Movement Health…creating ease and confidence in your body along the way. If this sounds like you, then you know Movement is your Medicine!

MOSSA Workouts to choose from include: 3D30, ATHLETE30, ACTIVE, CENTERGY, CORE, MOVE30.

NO EQUIPMENT, NO PROBLEM

If you find yourself on the road and often away from home, or if you just don’t have ‘all the things’ for a home gym, then no equipment really is no problem at all! You’re free to workout anywhere, anytime.

VARIABILITY IS THE SPICE OF LIFE

Do you like to spice things up?! That’s a good thing!! Variability is the key to being a great mover and to building a “ready for anything” type of body! So, if you like to mix things up and keep your workouts varied and spicy, then Variability is your Spice of Life!

CALENDAR FAQ

WHAT IS THE GOAL OF THE WORKOUT CALENDAR?

Our goal is to give you a roadmap for organizing your workouts per week. With 12 different MOSSA fitness programs and now 300+ online workouts, choosing your next workout can be overwhelming, and we don’t think it should be!

HOW DOES THE WORKOUT CALENDAR WORK?

The fitness calendar is based on a self-selected workout persona. You select which description fits your persona best and then choose the calendar that fits your schedule best – a plan to workout 3 times, 4 times, or 5 times per week. Each day of the week is color coded and corresponds to a general category of MOSSA workouts. Based on the color code of the day, choose any MOSSA program within that category. Then visit MOSSA On Demand and choose your workout and duration that works best for you!

WHICH LENGTH OF ONLINE WORKOUT SHOULD I CHOOSE?

You can choose whatever length of workout is best for you, either 60-minute, 30-minute, or 10-minute.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE NEW CALENDAR EACH MONTH?

We will deliver your personal workout calendar to you at the beginning of each month. The email will contain program spotlights, workout recommendations, and motivation to help you keep moving. Or if you prefer, you can visit this page each month and download the new calendar.

HOW DO I TRACK MY WORKOUTS?

Once you save your workout calendar, you can track your workouts however you like! Our goal is to provide you with a tool that can keep you on track with your workout plan and keep you moving. Some people may save the fitness calendar as an image on their phone and digitally write on it. Some people add workout reminders to the calendar on their smartphone. And others print out the workout calendar, stick it on the refrigerator, and check off each day with a Sharpie!

IS THE WORKOUT CALENDAR BUILT INTO THE MOSSA ON DEMAND APP?

The calendars will be available for download through the app. We are exploring additional options for digitizing the workout calendar and building a more seamless integration into our app.

CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONA?

Yes, of course! All you need to do is download a new workout calendar from this page.
