MOSSA is looking for an Apparel & Merchandise Supervisor to lead our branded apparel and merchandise program at our headquarters in Marietta, Georgia.

This role is for someone who loves the combination of product, numbers, and brand — someone who can spot what people will want to wear, understand what’s selling, manage inventory, build strong vendor relationships, and create an online store experience that keeps people coming back.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape what MOSSA apparel and merchandise looks like, what we offer, and how we bring new products to our customers.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Manage MOSSA’s apparel and merchandise assortment from product selection through launch
  • Identify new apparel, merchandise, and product opportunities that fit the MOSSA brand
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and product performance to make smart purchasing decisions
  • Manage purchasing, inventory planning, replenishment, and product availability
  • Build and maintain relationships with apparel and merchandise vendors
  • Coordinate pricing, ordering, production timelines, and delivery
  • Plan and support new product launches, seasonal collections, and promotional campaigns
  • Manage product merchandising and presentation within the MOSSA online store
  • Look for opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience and grow merchandise sales
  • Collaborate with MOSSA’s marketing and creative teams on product launches, photography, promotions, and campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who is equal parts organized, analytical, and excited about great products.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience in apparel, merchandising, retail buying, inventory management, or a related role
  • Understand how to use sales and inventory data to make purchasing and merchandising decisions
  • Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple products, vendors, orders, and deadlines
  • Have experience working directly with vendors and suppliers
  • Have a strong eye for apparel, merchandise, branding, and presentation
  • Take ownership and enjoy finding ways to make things better
  • Communicate well and enjoy collaborating with a creative team
  • Have e-commerce or online merchandising experience — a plus, but not required
